Nice little session on Hove seafront from 3pm til 5:30pm. Started out having to work for speed and to keep planing, but soon picked up. Long runs out to sea to find more wind and bigger swell. By 5pm it was a solid F5 and worth changing to the wave board. Could have sailed with a 4.5m. Waves were a mess but later on there were some cleaner lines right on the inside. very good workout. Another summer bonus.
